This Request for Supplier Qualifications (the “RFSQ”) is an invitation by the Saskatchewan Power Corporation (“SaskPower”) to prospective respondents to qualify in accordance with this RFSQ for eligibility to participate in a subsequent potential invitational second-stage Request for Proposals process (the “RFP Process”) for the provision of general contractor services for the Coal Life Extension Program, as further described in the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix A) (the “ Work”). Refer to the balance of this RFSQ, including the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix A), for additional information concerning SaskPower’s anticipated commercial and technical needs in respect of this RFSQ.
