Req for Evidence of Competition - Intraoperative Neuromonitoring (IONM) System

SH requires a particular good, service or equipment, as outlined in this document (the “Product”) and has identified one vendor (the “Intended Vendor”) to provide the Product. The Intended Vendor identified by Shared Health is Inomed. The requirement for an intraoperative neuromonitoring (IONM) system is driven by the need to provide reliable, real-time multimodal monitoring during complex neurosurgical procedures, including cranial and skull-base surgeries where preservation of critical neurological structures is essential. The purpose of this Request is to confirm whether there is competition for this Product by providing other vendors with an opportunity to demonstrate that they can provide an equivalent solution that meets all of the specific clinical, technical, and operational requirements identified by Shared Health. Please be advised that the purpose of this Request is not to pre-qualify vendors for an upcoming competitive procurement process, if any. Any Response submitted by a vendor as requested in this Request will not be considered as binding on the vendor. All costs and any liabilities incurred by a vendor including (without limitation) those associated with the preparation of the vendor's Response to this Request will be borne entirely by the vendor.
