Manitoba Public Insurance, Request for Information #3505 Trucking Telematics Software Manitoba Public Insurance is issuing this RFI to gather information on commercial trucking telematics solutions and related services available in the marketplace, including solutions that support electronic logging device (ELD) data extraction, aggregation, analysis, reporting, and related safety program administration (the “Solution”). MPI is seeking to better understand the current market, including Solution capabilities, operating model options, implementation approaches, integration considerations, support models, and budgetary pricing relevant to this opportunity. The results of this process are to inform internal business case development, refine MPI’s understanding of feasible program models, and assist with future procurement planning, as more fully described in the RFI. The final date for submissions is September 15, 2026. Other dates of significance are contained within the body of the RFI.
