Wild Islands Coast Capital Projects Implementation Plan and Signage & Wayfinding
Discover Halifax
A qualified consulting team will turn the existing Wild Islands Coast tourism plan into practical, implementable projects. The consultant will complete two main areas of work: Signage and wayfinding Prepare a signage and wayfinding package using the existing Wild Islands Coast brand. The package must be detailed enough for signs to be costed, tendered, fabricated, and installed. Priority tourism development projects Identify and develop one or more major visitor projects that could attract new visitors, increase visitor spending, and encourage longer or off-season stays. Projects may include coastal attractions, trails, waterfront spaces, or other visitor facilities. Selected projects must be sufficiently developed to support funding applications and enable a future design-build team to complete the final design and construction.
