Ottawa Community Housing
OCH is seeking a qualified Contractor to provide annual inspection, testing, and maintenance of backflow preventers serving fire protection, domestic cold water, irrigation, aquatic play pad, and hydronic heating systems, including related on-demand repairs and the repair or replacement, as required, of backflow preventers identified in Schedule E – Pricing (Excel). The annual maintenance services shall be completed within a three (3)-month period from June to August each year, unless otherwise specified by OCH. The first year of maintenance is expected to start by October 1 and be completed by end of 2026. Refer to Schedule A – Scope of Work for details.
