Canadian Hearing Services (CHS) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced vendors to design, develop, implement, and support a modern, accessible, secure, and user-friendly corporate website. As part of this initiative, CHS intends to redesign its public-facing website, implement a modern Content Management System (CMS), and integrate a robust eCommerce solution that supports online sales and related business operations. The purpose of this RFP is to identify a vendor that can provide strategic guidance, user experience (UX) expertise, technical implementation, systems integration, project management, training, and post-launch support for the successful delivery of this initiative. CHS is seeking a collaborative partner that has demonstrated experience delivering enterprise grade websites for healthcare, non-profit, accessibility-focused, government, or public sector organizations. The selected vendor will work closely with CHS stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, from discovery and planning through design, development, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
