BLK2- DIV-1.46 - Expression of Interest - Off-Site Storage & Staging Yard

The Block 2 Redevelopment Project requires a dedicated off-site exterior storage facility to support storage of existing materials, construction staging, laydown activities, and logistics operations associated with “Stage 03 – Major Construction” of the project. The facility is intended to provide secure, organized, and efficient exterior storage while supporting safe truck access, forklift movement, and day-to-day site logistics for approximately the next 5-6 years. This Expression of Interest is intended to identify suitable properties and capable respondents that can meet the functional, operational, security, and commercial requirements summarized below. Information received may be used to support a subsequent procurement process, lease/license negotiation, or site due diligence process.
