Assorted Bicycle Accessories

REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ) No. 10000805-26 Bids are invited for the non-exclusive Supply and Delivery of assorted Bicycle Accessories (consisting of winter/summer bicycle gloves, unisex Police bicycle helmet, unisex bicycle helmet cover and unisex protector bicycle glasses) as detailed in the Scope of Work, Specifications, Pricing Schedule, and Mandatory Requirements Forms. The scope of this RFQ includes the supply, delivery and warranty of the products listed in Appendix B – Pricing Schedule.xlsx. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS Bids must be submitted through the MERX Electronic Bid Submission System (“EBS”), before 1:00:00 P.M. on Wednesday, October 21 2026, as per electronic clock identified on MERX. Submissions submitted in any other manner shall be found non-compliant and disqualified. Bidders shall be solely responsible for the delivery of their submission using the MERX portal by the time and closing date, in accordance with the Submission Requirements outlined in the RFQ. CONTRACT TERM The initial one-year contract term will be effective as of December 1, 2026, until November 30, 2027. TPS reserves the right to renew the contract for four (4) additional one (1) year periods. The renewal is contingent upon continued need, budget approval, acceptable performance and TPS approval if applicable. PIGGYBACK (if applicable) The TPS may, upon request, permit other public bodies and the Police Cooperative Purchasing Group (PCPG) to purchase against any part of the contract which may result from this RFQ. Proponents are requested to indicate on the Pricing Submission form if they will extend the pricing, terms and conditions of this proposal to other government agencies including PCPG, if the proponent is selected.
