Renovation of an existing building to house Athabasca Tribal Council’s Child and Family Services, and further identified as “Athabasca Tribal Council CFS Tenant Improvement. Execution of the work is divided into two distinct phases: Phase 1 (Base Bid): Encompasses all construction and renovation scope associated with the Main Floor. During this phase, the Second Floor will remain occupied and must be kept operational. Phase 2 (Separate Price): Encompasses all construction and renovation scope associated with the Second Floor. During Phase 2, the newly renovated Main Floor will be occupied and must be kept operational.
