Provision of Services for Commissioning Authority Services

This Request for Services (the “RFS”) is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba (“Manitoba”), as represented by the Department of Public Service Delivery on behalf of the owner of the Project, Government of Manitoba – Department of Education and Early Childhood Learning (EECL), (“Owner”) to prospective Contractors to submit proposals for Commissioning Authority - Quality Auditor Services for multiple schools as further described in Appendix 5 - Scope of Work Procurement and Supply Chain Division (PSCD) is administering this RFS process. For the purposes of this procurement process, the “RFS Contact” will be: RFS Contact: TJ Shome Email: bids@gov.mb.ca Subject Title: RFS# 00590-26 – Provision of Services for Commissioning Authority - Quality Auditor Services Proponents and their representatives are not permitted to contact any employees, officers, agents, elected or appointed officials, or other representatives of Manitoba other than the RFS Contact, concerning matters regarding this RFS. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in the disqualification of the proponent and the rejection of the proponent’s proposal. Deadline for questions October 5, 2026. All questions must be submitted to the RFS Contact at Bids@gov.mb.ca. Manitoba will only address questions that were sent to this email address. Bid submission deadline is October 15, 2026 at 4:00:00 P.M. CDT. This is an ebid submission and all bids must be uploaded through MERX. No other form of Proposal submission will be accepted.
