THIS REQUEST FOR QUOTES WILL ESTABLISH UNIT PRICE FOR THE RENTAL OF ONE (1) - TWO HOPPER CONVEYOR SYSTEM POWERED BY FUEL OR ELECTRIC & WHEEL LOADER TO BE USED IN VARIOUS LOCATIONS FOR MIXING WINTER SAND AND SALT. MIXING WILL BE DONE IN VARIOUS YARDS IN THE EASTERN REGION, ACCORDING TO OPERATIONAL NEEDS. ESTIMATED QUANTITIES ARE APPROX. 300 TO 1,500 CUBIC METERS PER YARD AND WITH TWO HOURS MAXIMUM PAID TRAVEL BETWEEN YARDS ALLOWED. ALL MOVING EQUIPMENT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE SUCCESSFUL BIDDER. THE START DATE FOR THE OPERATION IS ON OR BEFORE OCTOBER 13TH ,2026.
