Provision of Construction Services for a New Washroom Building

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba (“Manitoba”), as represented by the Department of Environment and Climate Change, Parks and Trails Branch (“ECC”) to prospective General Contractors to submit proposals for construction services for a new washroom building as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3) (the “Work”).
