PCL/ED, a Joint Venture (Centre Block Rehabilitation Program)
This singular prequalification call will be for restoration and rehabilitation of heritage exterior stonemasonry inclusive of the following; o Cleaning o Repointing o Repairs o Conservation of sculptures o Stone removal and reinstatement as required o Window modifications, for various packages including but not limited to the packages listed below: West, Center & East Courtyards South Façade Roof penthouses, parapets, and chimneys. The Scopes of Work will be further detailed in the tenders to Bidders who successfully prequalify. The Work may be packaged as the CM and PSPC determine is best for the project.
