RFP for Vertical Transportation Maintenance Services

This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is an invitation by Simon Fraser University (“SFU”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of provision of the Deliverables based on the term sheet attached as Appendix A to the RFP. It is SFU’s intention to enter into an agreement based on the term sheet attached as Appendix A to the RFP with only one (1) legal entity. The term of the agreement is to be for a period of sixty (60) months, with an option in favour of SFU to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to two (2) terms up to twelve months each. It is anticipated that the agreement will be executed on or around January 1, 2027. See RFP for full details. Proponents should note that procurements falling within the scope of Canada-EU Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), and the New West Partnership Trade Agreement (NWPTA) are subject to those trade agreements but that the rights and obligations of the parties shall be governed by the specific terms of each particular tender call.
