Independent Electricity System Operator
The IESO is seeking a single Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) provider to deliver and coordinate workplace and facility support services through a consolidated service model and single point of accountability. The objective is to improve operational efficiency, service consistency, vendor management, and overall accountability across the IESO's facilities portfolio, beginning with the Clarkson facility and with the potential to expand to additional locations over the term of the agreement. Eligibility Requirements In accordance with the Ontario Government’s Procurement Restriction Policy in force at the time of this RFP, Proponents that are US Businesses, as defined in Part 1.4 of this RFP, are not eligible to participate. Any Proposal received from a Proponent that is a US Business will be disqualified and will not be evaluated. Proponents that are a subsidiary of or controlled by a US Business, for which the subsidiary employs at least 250 full-time employees in Canada are eligible to participate. Subsidiaries of a US Business that employ fewer than 250 full-time employees in Canada are not eligible to participate and will be disqualified from review. Mandatory Site Visit Proponents must attend a Mandatory Site Visit to familiarize themselves with the facility, existing conditions, and any factors that may impact the delivery and pricing of the Services. Each Proponent must notify the IESO Contact in Section 1.2 of their intent to attend the Mandatory Site Visit by no later than October 14th, 2026 at 4:00pm EST. Failure to attend the Mandatory Site Visit will result in disqualification of the Proponent’s Proposal. As a condition of attending the Mandatory Site Visit, each Proponent will be required to execute a Non-Disclosure Agreement (“NDA”) in the form provided by the IESO prior to the Mandatory Site Visit.
