Bonnyville Centennial Centre Field House Addition

The Project consists of a proposed Field House Addition at the existing Bonnyville & District Centennial Centre, located at 4313 50 Avenue, Bonnyville, Alberta T9N 0B4. The functional program, drawings, specifications, and final scope will be provided or clarified through the procurement process and subsequent design development. The initial construction budget is $18,000,000 CAD, inclusive of construction work, early works, and allowances, but excluding Construction Manager Preconstruction Services. The Construction Manager will be expected to help validate the program, develop cost models, advise on constructability, recommend procurement and packaging strategies, and develop a Construction Price in collaboration with the Owner and Consultant. The Project will require careful coordination with existing building systems, public and staff access, site circulation, municipal requirements, utilities, temporary conditions, adjacent uses, and ongoing Centennial Centre operations. Proponents must identify the risks and opportunities associated with this context in their Proposal.
