Renovation of approximately 5,974sf of existing CRU shell space to provide new consultation & exam rooms, minor procedure & recovery rooms, administration and clinical support spaces for the new Manitoba Menopause Clinic. As part of this work, also included is the novation (transfer) of existing HVAC equipment supply contracts from Bockstael Construction to the successful mechanical Subcontractor as defined in: Section 01 11 22 – Assignable Contracts Section 01 21 00 – Allowances Supply of the remaining equipment and infrastructure. Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Warranty of all equipment. Previously tendered scopes as part to TP1 Critical Procurement Package are: Supply Only of HVAC equipment Supply & Installation of Division 8 work packages: Hollow Metal Doors, Frames, and Hardware Automatic Door Operators
