INCIDENT INVESTIGATION TRAINING AND SUPPORT SERVICES

Manitoba Hydro is issuing this Request to seek the submission of competitive Proposals to retain a qualified Contractor to design, develop, and deliver a comprehensive incident investigation training program for Safety Advisors and other personnel involved in workplace incident investigations. The successful Contractor will provide training ranging from foundational incident investigation competencies through advanced investigation techniques for serious injury and highconsequence incidents. Work may also include scenario-based exercises, coaching and mentoring, investigation advisory support, and on-call assistance for complex investigations.
