CAMP ACCOMMODATION REQUIREMENTS - VARIOUS MANITOBA LOCATION

1 BACKGROUND Manitoba Hydro frequently performs work in remote locations with little to no accommodations available and would benefit from an established camp accommodation initiative to help house and feed our staff on site. Manitoba Hydro wants to explore what solutions the market may have to assist in the temporary accommodation for staff in remote work locations around the province. Typical crew size can range from 20 to 40. We would be looking for a total camp solution in these scenarios. Including supply and delivery of the camp, camp set-up, providing food, providing water, waste & cleaning services and taking down the camp and demobilization. Camps could be mobilized on a winter road and set up for the next summer’s construction season then demobilized on the following winter road or brought in and out in a single season.
