Manitoba Hydro intends to issue a Request for Proposal for the construction of access, foundation installation, tower assembly, tower erection, conductor stringing, and overhead ground wire stringing for up to approximately 97km of the new 230kV D83W transmission line connecting Dorsey Converter Station and Wash’ake Mayzoon Station. Tentative RFP Scheduling dates: RFP Posting - November 2026 Contract Award - March 2027 Commencement of the Work - May 2027 A more detailed tentative RFP Schedule is available in the NOIP document.
