BAS (Building Automation System) Consultant

All Proponents must have obtained the RFP from www.Merx.com (MERX®). Failure to have obtained the RFP from MERX®. will result in disqualification. McMaster University invites Proponents to submit Proposals to provide consulting services for the development of a Building Automation System (BAS) Design Standard, Vendor of Record (VOR) Framework, and Existing BAS Topology Review and Asset Documentation, in accordance with the requirements outlined in this Request for Proposals. The term of the Agreement shall commence upon execution of the Agreement and shall continue until April 30, 2027, unless earlier terminated in accordance with the terms of the Agreement. McMaster University reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to extend the term of the Agreement to accommodate project requirements, operational needs, coordination activities, or review processes. The University also reserves the right to terminate the Agreement in accordance with its standard procurement terms and conditions.
