Request for Standing Offer: Graphic Design Services

BACKGROUND The Canadian Agricultural Human Resource Council addresses human resource issues facing agriculture businesses in Canada. Its objectives are to support an adequate, 2 reliable, and well-trained workforce that will strengthen the ability of the agriculture community to thrive and be successful in an internationally competitive marketplace. The Council’s efforts are collaborative and involve the participation of agricultural leaders, governments and educational stakeholders to research, develop and implement solutions to challenges in employment and skills development in primary agriculture. It is recognized as the centre for reliable labour market information, and the access point for customizable solutions related to HR management and training. REQUEST FOR STANDING OFFER The Council is soliciting proposals from service providers to provide graphic design services for our organization. The purpose of this RFSO is to select suitable contractor(s) and establish a Standing Offer Agreement with the successful bidder(s) for the provision of services. Examples of requested services could include report design, website graphics, marketing and communication material development. Note, Appendix 1 outlines CAHRC's Use of Artificial Intelligence requirements included in our professional services contracts, for your information. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED The Graphic Designer will conceptualize and design a series of documents detailing research results from the Council’s projects. Designs will: • Be fresh and original, yet compliant with the Council’s brand • Use client-supplied content and a combination of client-supplied and purchased photography.
