Request for Standing Offer: Agriculture Labour Market Information Consultants

BACKGROUND The Canadian Agricultural Human Resource Council addresses human resource issues facing agriculture businesses in Canada. Its objectives are to support an adequate, reliable, and well-trained work force that will strengthen the ability of the agriculture community to thrive and be successful in an internationally competitive marketplace. The Council’s efforts are collaborative and involve the participation of agricultural leaders, governments and educational stakeholders to research, develop and implement solutions to challenges in employment and skills development in agriculture. It is recognized as the centre for reliable labour market information, and the access point for customizable solutions related to HR management and training. REQUEST FOR STANDING OFFER The Council is soliciting proposals from service providers to provide Agriculture Labour Market Information (Agri LMI) consulting services for our organization. The purpose of this RFSO is to select suitable contractor(s) and establish a Standing Offer Agreement with the successful bidder(s) for the provision of services. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED Extensive experience in one or all of the following: labour market research including design, development, data collection and delivery of results. Skills analysis and research Competency research and analysis Job scrapping and AI-generated data collection and analysis Survey development and data analysis. THE WORK Following the signing of a Standing Offer agreement and during the timeline outlined below, the service provider may be engaged to provide services for one or multiple projects, as required.
