Marine Atlantic Inc. Invitation to Tender 317-181-026 / 262479.14 ARG MCC Electrical Panel Upgrade Marine Atlantic Inc. (MAI) invites offers from qualified Vendors for the ARG MCC Electrical Panel Upgrade Project. The project is located at the Marine Atlantic Ferry Terminal site in Argentia, Newfoundland. The work includes, but is not limited to, the following: Mobilization and demobilization, including all labor and equipment as specified and as required to carry out the work. Contractor to confirm in the field all electrical requirements before beginning installation. 1.3. Install new MCC panel supplied by Owner. 1.3.1. Provide all MCC and PLC connections including power, control and monitoring as indicated on the tender drawings. 1.4. Remove and dispose of all obsolete equipment. 1.5. Test and commission MCC and controls. 1.5.1. Allow for 2 days on site to support Owner’s commissioning activities. 1.6. Submittals: 1.6.1. Preparation, submission, and implementation of an approved Construction Schedule. 1.6.2. Preparation, submission, and implementation of an approved Site-Specific Safety Plan. 1.6.3. Preparation, submission, and implementation of an approved Site-Specific Environmental Protection Plan. 1.6.4. Preparation, and submission of a Project Execution Methodology. Marine Atlantic reserves the right to accept tenders in whole or in part. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. A site visit will be held on October 22, 2026 at 14:00 hours Newfoundland Time at the site in Argentia, Newfoundland and Labrador. The closing for receipt of tenders will be 14:00 hours Newfoundland Time, November 3, 2026. Proposals must be submitted by electronic means using the MERX EBS. This will be the only method of response accepted for consideration. Proposals will not be considered if submitted by fax, email or other open forms of communication. Proposals must be received by the closing date and hour. Late Proposals will not be considered. ------------------
