Tender for the Replacement of Bancroft Standpipe

Sealed tenders submitted using a two (2) envelope system, plainly marked as to contents, will be received by the Clerk, Town of Bancroft, 8 Hastings Heritage Way, Box 790 Bancroft, ON K0L 1C0 until Thursday, November 5, 2026 at 2pm, for the replacement of the Bancroft standpipe including: Supply and installation of a new standpipe (including foundation and associated appurtenances); Supply and installation of new control building and valve chamber; Installation of new watermain and drain piping; Demolition and removal of existing standpipe (following commission of new standpipe); Supply and installation of instrumentation and controls; Mechanical, Electrical, and HVAC general work; Site and restoration works; and supply and install a new isolation valve and actuator at the location indicated on Snow Road.
