DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – General Construction Standing Offer Agreement – at CFB Trenton DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – TR26SOA1_86501 – General Construction Standing Offer Agreement – CFB Trenton. Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for tenders/offers to establish a Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) to provide “as and when required” construction services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements for the location(s) mentioned above. Work under this Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) includes the provision of all necessary labour, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision and material for minor construction and repairs, reactive and preventative repairs, modifications, minor installations and inspections for all buildings, structural, architectural, electrical and water utility systems located at CFB Trenton, Ontario, on an as and when required basis in the form of Call-ups in support of Real Property Operations Detachment Trenton. The SOA will be for a period from the date of award of the SOA until March 31, 2028, with a maximum estimated value of $250,000. If mutually agreeable between the Consultant and DCC, the SOA may be extended for one additional one-year period and increase in the order of $200,000. The maximum value of a call-up under the SOA is $40,000. The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid Designated Organization Screening DOS, issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP) within Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC).
