Bethesda Regional Health Centre Boiler Replacement Project

.1 Work of this Contract comprises of disconnection and removal of existing boilers B-1, B-2,B-3, and B-4 and associated circulation pumps, with new boilers B-102, B-103, and B-104 and associated circulation pumps. .2 The owner has already procured Boilers B-102 and B-103. .1 Under this contract the above mentioned equipment is to be installed according to the information provided for tender. .3 Also under this contract, the contractor is to assume the manufacturer’s warranty for all equipment, either owner supplied or supplied under this contract. .4 Plan work as to no interrupt heating capacity at the central plant. It is anticipated that the work will need to be carried out in a minimum of two Phases.
