The Rigolet Inuit Community Government (RICG) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced professional engineering firms (the “Proponent”) to provide engineering services for the Rigolet 2027 Municipal Infrastructure Rehabilitation Project (the “Project”). The Project will address priority deficiencies within Rigolet’s municipal infrastructure identified through recent condition assessments and operational experience and will advance a coordinated program of rehabilitation over the 2027 and 2028 construction seasons. The Project generally includes sanitary sewer rehabilitation, water distribution system repairs and rehabilitation, stormwater management improvements, and associated road restoration and upgrades.
