Ground Laying and Installation of Fibre Optic Infrastructure -Meadowlands School
Seven Oaks School Division
The Seven Oaks School Division is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced contractors for the installation and ground laying of new fibre optic cable infrastructure. The fibre optic cable will connect our newest school Meadowlands School located at 300 Meadowlands Dr., West St. Paul, Manitoba to our existing fibre infrastructure. Requiring two (2) different routes of fibre cable: one coming from McPhillips and Templeton west side of the school and second connecting to existing infrastructure on the east side terminating to any closest street vault or any similar proposal that would provide better failover and redundancy for school. The new fibre cable and conduit will be installed from the new school communications room and will terminate in any of the closest available handholes or pulpits of Seven Oaks School Division fibre infrastructure. Fiber assignment on the existing infrastructure will be provided. New fibre will be spliced and tested end-to-end from new school to Maples Collegiate and Board Office located in Powers Street. See RFP document for additional details.
