Advocate Architect Services - OPS West Deployment Facility

Requirement The City of Ottawa, hereinafter referred to as the City, is seeking proposal submissions from an experienced multidisciplinary Advocate Architect (AA) Team to provide architectural, engineering and technical advisory services in support of the Design-Build-Finance-Maintain (DBFM) procurement and implementation of the Ottawa Paramedic Service West Deployment Facility (WDF) at 4061 Strandherd Drive. The Procurement of goods and/or services specified in this bid document may be subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and/or the Ontario-Quebec Procurement Agreement (OQPA).
