SUPPLY OF MAINTENANCE GRAVEL

Supply, deliver and compact Granular A materials within the limits of the Municipality of Mississippi Mills from January 1, 2027, until December 31, 2027, with the option of three (3) - 12-month extensions. The successful Bidder will be awarded the Contract for one 12-month period (the “Contract Term”) on the basis of a firm price for its duration. The Contract Term begins January 1st and ends on December 31st. The Corporation reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to extend this Contract for three (3) optional 12-month periods (the “Extension Term(s)”), based on the same terms and conditions, by providing written notice to the Contractor in advance of each such optional period. The Tenderer, if awarded this contract, also agrees to furnish materials or services as directed after receipt of official Purchase Order from time to time. At least four hours’ notice of delivery is to be given in the case of heavy material for which unloading assistance is required.
