Provincial Telephony and VoIP Managed Services

Newfoundland and Labrador Health Services (NLHS) is administering this Request for Proposals (RFP) for Provincial Telephony and VoIP Managed Services, in accordance with the specifications and requirements set out in this RFP, as well as the Public Procurement Act. Proponents may respond as a single entity or as a consortium of capable entities, with one (1) entity in the consortium identified as the Prime Proponent. Refer to Section 2.1 of the RFP General Tems and Conditions for more information. NLHS is seeking to partner with the Successful Proponent for a base contractual term of five (5) years, with two (2) optional two (2)-year renewals, each at the election of NLHS, for a total contractual term of up to nine (9) years. NLHS expects to execute a multi-year Agreement with the Successful Proponent for the provision of a Provincial Telephony and VoIP Managed Service. The term of the Agreement shall commence immediately upon contract execution and shall continue as described in Section 3 below, unless terminated in accordance with the Agreement.
