D4. SCOPE OF SERVICES D4.1 The Services required under this Contract shall consist of providing engineering services for the rehabilitation of wastewater, combined, and land drainage sewers by Cured-In-Place-Pipe (CIPP) lining, as outlined in Appendix A and as identified in Appendix B in accordance with the following: (a) Project Management (E1.3) (b) Preliminary Engineering (E1.4) (c) Design and Specification Development (E1.5) (d) Procurement Process (E1.6) (e) Contract Administrations Services (E1.7) (i) Non-Resident Contract Administration Services (ii) Resident Contract Administration Services (f) Project Close-Out (E1.8), and (g) Additional Work Allowance (E1.9) (i) The proponent shall include an additional work allowance of $10,000 in their proposal. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Consultant is being engaged by the City for their professional expertise; the Consultant shall bring to the Consulting Contract Administrator’s attention any aspect of the City’s Project Management Manual or templates which the Consultant is of the opinion is not consistent with good industry practice.
