Bidders submitting bids for multiple bid packages should do so with the understanding that these proposals will be evaluated and potentially awarded separately. Electronic submission via approved e-procurement platform; MERX User name and password is required to access Name your file for upload; Envelope B- NAME OF YOUR COMPANY Emailed bids will NOT be accepted. It’s the sole responsibility of the bidder to upload all required documents to MERX. Envelope B is a non-priced submission intended to confirm the Bidder's acknowledgement and acceptance of the Bid Recording Sheet (BRS) and associated scope of work. No pricing, unit rates, hourly rates, or other financial information shall be included in Envelope B. Submission of pricing information within Envelope B will result in the Bidder being deemed non-compliant and excluded from further participation in the procurement process. Any proposed qualifications, exclusions, deviations, or modifications to the BRS must be submitted through the formal RFI process on MERX for review and clarification prior to the applicable submission deadline. Bidders shall not unilaterally modify the BRS as part of their Envelope B submission.
