Point of Sale (POS) Hardware Service and Support

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Newfoundland and Labrador Liquor Corporation (the “NLC”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Point of Sale (POS) Hardware Service and Support, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The objective of this procurement is to establish a contract with a qualified service provider to deliver comprehensive maintenance, repair, replacement, lifecycle management, deployment, and support services for existing and future POS hardware located at NLC retail stores, corporate facilities, and laboratory environments throughout Newfoundland and Labrador.
