RESIDENTIAL RECYCLING COLLECTION AND PROCESSING SERVICES (2027-2029–3 Year Term)

The purpose of the RFP is to solicit bids from bidders for bi-weekly collection via automated – Semi Automated Collection (Contractor provided carts) and processing of residential recycling and to enter into an agreement whose bid is judged to best serve the interest of the R.M. when evaluated. The term of this agreement/contract shall be three (3) years (2027 to 2029), commencing on January 1, 2027, and continuing through to December 31, 2029. Bi-weekly collection via automated – Semi Automated Collection (Contractor provided carts) will take place in the communities of Otterburne and St. Malo. Approximately 716 residents are distributed in the communities as follows: • Otterburne – 239 • St. Malo – 477 Bi-weekly collection and processing services (Contractor provided 6-yard front end bins with lids & locking bars) at the recycling depot located at the R.M. of De Salaberry Landfill (26116 Perreault Road 23E).
