Specific Procurement Notice Request for Bids Goods (Two-Envelope Bidding Process) Country: Ethiopia Name of Project: Education and Skills for Employment Project (EASE) Contract Title: Procurement of EV and Hybrid Vehicle Lab Training Equipment and Accessories Loan No./Credit No./ Grant No.: IDA-74200 RFB Reference No.: ET-MOLS-545746-GO-RFB The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Education for Skills and Employment (EASE), and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for procurement of Procurement of EV and Hybrid Vehicle Lab Training Equipment and Accessories to the Ministry and TVET Bureaus and institutions. 2. The Ministry of Labor and Skills now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Procurement of EV and Hybrid Vehicle Lab Training Equipment and Accessories to the Ministry and TVET Bureaus and institutions which is intended, delivered within six months. No margin of domestic preference shall apply.
