Le présent marché a pour objet une mission d'assistance à maitrise d'ouvrage pour la mise en oeuvre de l'application « Certifi@ » pour le compte du GIE D²OF. Il est notamment attendu une assistance dans : - Le recueil du besoin des utilisateurs ; - Les spécifications des besoins utilisateurs ; - Le chiffrage en méthode « Agile » - Le pilotage de la MOE ; - La planification des développements ; - La réalisation des recettes ; - Le pilotage des mises en production ; - L'animation des instances. L'accord-cadre a une durée ferme de 12 mois, reconductible 2 fois pour une durée de 12 mois par tacite reconduction. La durée totale du marché est de 36 mois (3 ans).
