Wirral Population Health and Wellbeing Survey

Wirral Council are seeking to procure a provider to deliver an adult population health and wellbeing survey designed for postal and online administration, with telephone assistance available for accessibility where required. Wirral Council is undertaking the first comprehensive, population-wide Health & Wellbeing Survey of adults aged 18+, residents in Wirral. The aim is to deliver a secure, efficient and compliant postal mail out and returns management service, producing a clean, de identified line list and specified outputs for Wirral Council, in full compliance with information governance (IG) requirements including GDPR and resident opt-out obligations.
