Minor Illness and Injuries Service in Wirral

The community urgent care service, working collaboratively across the wider health and social care community will ensure that an integrated approach will maximise its resources safely, effectively and efficiently. These services will support the delivery of services over a wider timescale than currently in the community and will contribute to reducing demand on secondary care. Providers of this service will work collaboratively with each other to ensure there is a consistent patient experience in terms of procedures, protocols and outcomes.
