Forestry Commission

Forestry England has recently acquired 169ha of ex-arable farmland near Twyford, Hampshire. The site is to be planted with tree saplings of a variety of species and spacings, at approximately 290,000 trees over the 169ha. This project is subject to relevant regulatory approvals, including Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), and may be subject to change, 19ha of the site is still subject to contract completion and may not be included in the final contract.
