Fully Managed Redeployable Average Speed Road Safety Intelligence Service - Expression of Interest

Milton Keynes City Council (“the Council”) is seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably experienced organisations able to provide a fully managed, turnkey and redeployable Average Speed Road Safety Intelligence Service. The proposed solution shall be capable of monitoring vehicle movement between defined points and calculating across the monitored section of road. The supplier shall provide access to an experienced team able to interpret the information and turn it into clear, useful and actionable road safety intelligence. The service shall be collaborative and capable of adapting to changing Council requirements. The Expression of Interest (EOI) is being conducted for market assessment purposes only and does not constitute a call for competition, invitation to tender, commitment to procure or promise of any future contract award.
