The issue of this questionnaire is to engage with the market to gauge capacity and interest for the procurement of the GSTT Ward Refurbishment programme. The GSTT Ward Refurbishment Programme covers ward refurbishments across the above GSTT estate, aimed at ensuring the Trust’s estate remains fit for purpose, and best placed to ensure the continued delivery of clinical excellence now and into the future. The Ward Refurbishment Programme will adopt a tiered, risk-based scope, enabling investment to be proportionate to clinical, infrastructure, and statutory risk. The final scope for each ward will be confirmed following detailed surveys, risk assessments, and cost modelling. This approach allows the programme to prioritise highest-risk interventions while maintaining affordability and operational continuity. As such, this procurement exercise will need to incorporate a degree of flexibility, and centres on the development of a long-term partnership essential to ensure the successful delivery of this important programme.
