CWC26059MW - Outdoor 360° CCTV Camera Solution

Wolverhampton City Council

The purpose of this Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) is to seek input from potential suppliers on the availability, capability and commercial structure of outdoor CCTV camera solutions that provide a full 360° field of view within a single physical camera unit. The Council is currently considering an indicative requirement for six cameras to support its fly-tipping enforcement team. The cameras would be used in public-realm locations to deter, detect and investigate fly-tipping and support the collection of evidential-quality footage. The Council is particularly interested in solutions suitable for 24/7 operation, remote management, local recording and future analytics. The PME will provide an opportunity for the City of Wolverhampton Council (CWC) to obtain an insight into how potential suppliers might approach the delivery of this service and gain an understanding into the likely level of interest from the market. If you would like to participate, please complete the Preliminary Market Engagement Questionnaire which is available using the following link https://procontract.due-north.com/Advert?advertId=57928bc7-e3ce-f111-8142-6045bdf14b1f&p=cdcfff6b-8cbd-e611-8118-000c29c9ba21 The closing date for responses is Friday 20th November 2026 at 12 Noon.
