REQUEST FOR QUOTATION: UNHCR RFQ-PSP-IT-2026-006 FOR THE PROVISION OF GADGETS AND MERCHANDISING FOR F2F PROGRAM FOR UNHCR PRIVATE SECTOR PARTNERSHIPS ITALY

PSP Italy is seeking for a high qualified merchandising supplier to support the Organisation in providing F2F gadgets and merchandising. PSP Italy seeks to appoint a service provider based in Italy. Secondary Bidding Arrangement. UNHCR PSP Italy, given the nature of a requirement, wish to place up to 3 (three) suppliers under an FA arrangement on an equal footing, and thereafter conduct a secondary bidding process which may be repeated regularly when actual requirements arise. In such a case, orders are placed with the supplier or suppliers offering the best value for money following each secondary bidding process. Project duration: UNHCR Private Sector Partnerships (PSP) Italy is seeking to collaborate for a period of 12 months, tentatively starting from September 2026, with potential extensions of further period of 12 months; in total a 2-year (1+1) agreement, subject to satisfactory services. The selected providers will need to keep terms and conditions unchanged for the contract's duration. Any contractual extensions with the supplier(s) will be assessed based on service needs, performance, and availability of funds.
