REQUEST FOR QUOTATION: UNHCR RFQ-PSP-IT-2026-005 FOR THE PROVISION OF NOTARY SERVICES (INHERITANCE AND DONATION MATTERS) FOR UNHCR PRIVATE SECTOR PARTNERSHIPS ITALY

PSP Italy is planning to appoint a primary and a back-up provider. In case the primary service provider fails to perform then the back-up will be activated. The notary or focal point of the notary firm shall be available to come to UNHCR office in order to receive the signature of the legal representative on the deeds. Project duration: UNHCR Private Sector Partnerships (PSP) Italy is seeking to sign the mandate with the identified notary firm / notary for a period of 12 months, starting tentatively from June 2026 until the end of May 2027, with potential extensions of further period of two (2) times 12 months; in total a 3-year (1+1+1) agreement, subject to satisfactory services. The selected provider(s) will need to keep terms and conditions unchanged for the contract's duration. Find attached in Annex A additional information about the services required (TOR).
