Nammiskills Platform upgrade through platform development., data warehousing CRM and Data management

The Forward Digital Mena Organization has applied for financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Digital Skilling for Employment (DSE) project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services. The consulting services (“the Services”) include the full lifecycle design, development, integration, testing, deployment, and post-launch support of nammiskills V2, ensuring alignment with evolving user needs, labor market demands, and donor reporting requirements. Over the period of up to 20 (twenty) months, ensuring full consistency with the TOR. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. Shortlisting criteria: • Firm’s general experience and core business • Relevant experience in the design and development of digital platforms of similar scale and complexity • Technical and managerial capability of the firm • Availability of appropriate skills among staff • Experience in assignments financed by international organizations (preferably World Bank-financed projects) The shortlist will contain 5 (five) to 8 (Eight) firms.
