Data and CRM Specialist

The Forward Digital Mena Organization has recieved financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Digital Skilling for Employment (DSE) project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services. The consulting services (“the Services”) include the support of Forward MENA in leveraging data and CRM systems to improve user engagement, retention, and course completion rates across its digital learning platform and programs. The consultancy focuses on analyzing user data, optimizing CRM workflows, and providing actionable insights and recommendations to enhance learner journeys and program performance, in alignment with Forward MENA’s strategic objectives and donor requirements. Over the period of up to 20 (twenty) months, ensuring full consistency with the TOR. The detailed Terms of Reference (TOR) for the assignment can be obtained by sending a request by email to: Michelle@forwardmena.org Forward Mena now invites eligible individuals (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services (attach curriculum vitae with description of experience in similar assignments, similar conditions, etc.). Firms’ staff may express interest through the employing firm for the assignment and, under such situation, only the experience and qualifications of individuals shall be considered in the selection process. The criteria for selecting the Consultant are: Qualifications : Advanced degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Intelligence, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis, CRM management, or performance optimization. Proven experience using data to drive engagement, retention, or behavioral outcomes.
