The Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation, and Communications (MDDIC) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the Upgrading of the equipment for the Digital Cabinet and Cabinet Secretary’s digital transformation to be delivered to the location stated in the Final Destination of “List of Goods and Delivery schedule. Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers”, as updated, and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
