Inglewood High School - Roofing and Weathertightness Remediation & Toilet Refurbishment - Main Building Contractor

Remediation work is required to roofing, cladding, and aluminium Joinery across A, B, H, L, SW & WM blocks to maintain weather tightness and compliance of the buildings. WM student toilets and B Block toilets are due for refurbishment. Programme will need to be negotiated with the school to work around school timetabling. The school require all classroom spaces for term time as they have no excess space to relocate classes. During term 4 there will be more flexibility once senior students are on study leave. Project consultants are: Project Manager: Architect People There is additional work to be completed on C Block which the successful contractor will be given the opportunity to negotiate. Works include: - Demolish X Block - Interior refurbishment of Staff Resource and Res 13 - Install suspended acoustic grid and tile ceiling with troffer LED lights to 4 x classrooms. - Replace 4 x exterior timber doors with new aluminium leaf to timber frame
